Tuesday - Interval Training (3 miles), Barre Blast (1.5 hours)

Wednesday - Abs and Strength Training

Thursday - 3 mile walk

Friday - Rest

Saturday - Rest

Sunday - Hyannis Half Marathon (Finish time - 3:04:58)
