Now that the Wine and Dine is officially over, I need to begin training for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend. I am currently registered for the family 5K on Friday and the half on Saturday. But I am really contemplating doing the Marathon relay on Sunday. At the moment, I am just waiting to see if I can find a partner.
So I sat down and made a calendar for my training. Hopefully I can keep it going. I know there are numerous times I push important parts off, like tempo training and strength training. This time around I am doing the whole 9 yards.So here it is... my calender of training.
